The "Remember the Ten" Steering Committee has established the following important details regarding the race.

1. On-Line pre-registration is currently open at here and will close at 5:00pm on Friday, April 20, 2012. The cost of registration is $25 through April 20, 2012 and will be $30 on race day, April 21, 2012.   You will be available to register on race day, from 7:30am – 8:30.  No walk up registrations will take place after 8:30am, and the races will begin promptly at 9:00am.

2. Packet pick-up will be available as follows:
a. Friday, April 20, 2012:  From 3:00 – 8:00pm in the Southwest corner of Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater. 
b. Saturday, April 21, 2012:  From 7:30 – 8:30am on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at the registration area located inside Boone Pickens Stadium (Gate 4 tentatively) 
NOTE:  There was a significant delay at packet pickup at the 2011 race.  Please know that we are taking steps to correct this for 2012. However, you will want to show up early to pick up your packet. The first race will start promptly at 9:00am (there will be no delay as there was in 2011). Please plan accordingly and get there early!  Thanks in advance.

3. The schedule for race day is still being developed, but registration will close at 8:30am and pre-race announcements will begin shortly thereafter.  First race will begin promptly at 9:00am. Awards ceremony to take place at approximately 10:15 or 10:30am. As the schedule is set, it will be posted here and on our Facebook page,

4. Parking on the campus of Oklahoma State University is open on the weekend.  Please note that you can never unlawfully park in a handicapped space, or in a restricted area (such as fire zone, or a space marked as 24-hour reserved).  Also, understand that immediately prior to, during, and immediately after the race, members of the OSU and City of Stillwater Police Departments will be restricting access to some roads and parking lots. These will be open as quickly as possible, but just be aware. The parking lot immediately South of Boone Pickens stadium is quite congested with participants, emergency vehicles and operations, media and supporters.  Access to this parking lot will be severely restricted and scarce.

5. The 5K and 10K courses are currently in the process of being certified and once that process has taken place, they will be posted on our website and facebook page.  Unfortunately, the OSU campus seems to be in a constant state of construction, so we continually have to adjust our courses.

7. T-Shirts – the exciting, new t-shirt design is currently being developed and once it is final, an image will be posted here. As a participant, registrants will receive a t-shirt, commemorative medallion and other items of interest.

8. Weather – we will run the race even if it is raining. If there is lightning in the area, we will work with the Emergency Operations Center and will postpone the race until it is safe to proceed.
